Item received wasn't as advertised. Refund given no issue, so they didnt have to pay return postage. I used message seller not refund case (my own fault), ebay can't enforce postage being paid now. Paid >£40 to return an item not as advertised and refund refused for their error. Notes: they said item is ok, despite not being compatible with my roof bars. Say EU, Chinese man in instructions suggest otherwise, English present. Some instructions missing in link, need to youtube to finish the job.
