very good comunication from you however this never fit the model laptop i ordered it for even though i entered the model number on the order!! my boyfriend damaged it trying to open the computer when the battery was installed as it never fit properly so i am unable to return it now. This has ended up been an unfortunate waste of money! You did offer to refund but i did not realise it had been damaged so i did not return it!
