This item arrived in pristine condition! I didn't realise that it was so big! Still, I assume you can cook quite a lot of things in it, so I am looking forward to my first chargrilled chicken drumsticks and hard boiled eggs, but without the water! It comes with everything you need, and I suppose it is trial and error when cooking anything on it. The touch display control panel seems to have every conceivable thing you might want to cook, so I am looking forward to using it!

This product is very loud, So much so you can't hear the portable TV in the kitchen. Took it to a different room to cook. I have raised a complaint with Salter direct sending them a video with sound asking if it is faulty in some way. Had confirmation they received it but waiting for a verdict if it has a fault or not. On a positive note it cooks really well and is very easy to clean and operate.This product is very loud, So much so you can't hear the portable TV in the kitchen. Took it to a different room to cook. Had two of these, first one the Language on the touch panel went into some funny language i have no idea what it was so had to send it back...The second one the touch panel started messing up after a couple of days.Yes DAYS. it would flash, beep, turn itself off and on and back off. A Nightmare.
