this device is just perfect, if you or you have, relatives close friends who need an SOS button along with a built in fall detector. Setting up the device is not that easy and if like me you are not very technical. However this is not a problem as this seller will be on hand to help you out and talk you through setting up the device and even went to the trouble of actually phoning me up to assist in the setting up of the device! what an amazing service and very very helpful and brilliant product

    V-SOS band good supporting APP poor!

    The band itself is well made. The fuctions are clear and it's easy to use. SOS and falls detection alert seem to work fine. The app lets the product down. Adding family members is very buggy and continuously crashes the app until they become active. Can't be confident it's woking properly without scheduling a test each time.

    OK with poor app performance

    The device works well but is let down by the Vodafone apps which crash leading to the need to restart and login again

    Affordable alternative for emergency support.

    It is a very good alternative to the very expensive subscription services available to care for an elderly relative. My mum had a fall and this prompted the purchase. Subscription was 4 pounds a month from Vodafone and it doesn't look embarrassing to wear. Definitely works too, with a fall alert. Could do with a watch face on it but looks very watch-like.
