Everything clearly mention in our listing buyer didn't read, when we ask to pay for 2 faulty parts which was £27 buyer expect us to replace parts and send it over with no parts cost. When we refuse buyer threat us for negative feedback. We refunded fully to buyer and ask for return postage label which buyer refuse and now left negative feedback and threat to take to court.

The listing really is not clear enough and should specify that this service is only for a DIAGNOSIS and not for any PHYSICAL repairs. To charge £29.99 just for a diagnosis is really just ridiculous. There are other sellers on eBay who charge around the same price, but that service includes getting your iPod in a working order again. This seller wanted me to pay him £57 in total, which is more than the iPod is actually worth! He’s still refusing to return my iPod, so I’ve now taken legal action.

Happy it arrived fast. Delivery was excellent. Unfortunately the click wheel is slightly damaged despite the seller saying it was a new and unused ipod. The charging port seems ok, the earphones have definitely not been used which is nice and the cable is included. Still need to test the device but I'm not very happy about the click wheel. I was under the assumption (based on the name for this listing and description) that it was unused, and therefore in brilliant condition.
