We had a problem with the first bath when it was delivered .Contacted the seller Ray who was amazing .travelled 4 hours with a replacement bath .Really nice guy with old fashioned principles when out of his way and provided amazing after sales service and ensured we were happy either the replacement product which we were 100% .
