Returns Policy:
 
* Faulty goods must be returned in original packaging and original condition.
* Replacement (if available) will be given on our receipt within 30 days of sale.
* Credit or refund will be given if goods not available.
* It is customer's responsibility (after informing us by email and our subsequent agreement to return postage cost and method) to pay for and send the item back to us.
* If item is found to be faulty within 30 days of sale we will refund the return postage costs.
* Only item price refund (excluding our delivery charge) will be given for any returns under Distance Selling Regulations. All above conditions also apply.

    The Extraction

    This machine costs I alittle more, but it’s a high end machine at mid range cost. It comes with speed selection on installation. Sleek looking with two facials to choose from. They click off and on very easy, for cleaning.

    Difficult to install for DIYer

    It was nice to open the box as it looks beautiful; however, the moment I started to install, I found it hard to open and to figure out how it would be installed. The instruction was not very easy to follow on the manual. I had to figure out every step and it was too difficult. I have done a lot of DIY, but this was a tricky one! Eventually, I managed; however, still couldn't figure out the speed management - where to control different speed as it says I can do. Unlocking the front cover (the circle and square one) and the middle base were also difficult to do - not strong enough to twist and push. I would say it's quiet extractor fan; however, it extracts very slowly. As mentioned above, I haven't managed to figure out how to control the speed. It may make it more efficient once I ...
