Seller communication was brilliant (as I needed to arrange them to arrive on a day I would be home.) Shrimp arrived healthy and in water that was the right temperature due to a heat pack, some padding and an insulated box. After acclimatisation they are already happily feeding. The photo is of them on arrival still inside the bag.

6 pots arrived battered to bits looking nothing like the picture. They were stems cut off other plants and then shoved into rock wool . I doubt any of the six “pots “ will grow and then the seller very generously gave me a £3.50 refund before I said I would accept it and then didn’t answer any more of my messages . That’s £22 I won’t get back, I am one dissatisfied customer .
