    The buyer is a totally dishonest person! She changed her mind about the bag and since I have a no return policy found a way of getting her money bag by making this ridiculous claim about the bag! She first declared that she never received the bag, while on the tracking number we could see that she didn't pick it from the courrier.I sold her an authentic Valentino bag, shopped from a Valentino outlet. She sent me the bag back damaged with a cut!
