All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently.
 
WARRANTY and RETURNS
All Returns must be conducted via the Ebay process.
 
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.

At HOMESPARES, we offer FREE FAST TRACKED economy delivery for all UK orders and localities via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes Tracked 2-3 day services. We will select the carrier dependent on the weight and the dimensions of the product.

    Brilliant de-fuzzer!

    Highly recommend this device. I used it to remove fuzz from a fine cashmere jumper that was covered along the sleeves and down the sides and front with these annoying balls of fuzzy wool. At first I was using it in longish sweeps and was frustrated as it didn’t seem to be working that well, so I resorted to going round in small circles, not much bigger than the head of the device, and WOW what a difference! I did the whole jumper and it’s now like new. It was only about six months old but each of these fuzzy balls looked grubby and I could no longer wear it. A total transformation. I will repeat the procedure with confidence on any garment. Definitely the one to go for!

    The product is ok but not as good as expected. Disappointing!

    The product is ok but not as good as expected for the price I have had paid. My previous one removed fluffs far better even it was only half of the price. In my opinion the product is overpriced and disappointing.

    Severin electric fabric shaver

    The best shaver I've ever had.Solid,very handy,easy to use.The knives are very sharp.I renewed a lot of clothes (jackets,sweaters,joggers,shirts even blankets and pillowcases).Very happy :)

    Quality effective lint shaver

    Well-made product which is very effective in use so far (haven't tried on chunky woollens). Takes larger batteries than similar lint shavers, so power lasts longer.

    Fab little tool
