First of all it was advertised "free postage." However they charged me £5.99 postage even thought N.Ireland is in the UK. They replied saying they would refund £3, it has never arrived! On delivery they have sent me 5m when I ordered 10m! Awful, awful service. I'm a pensioner and could have bought this from B&Q for a fraction of the price!
