Why I try not to use Ebay anymore unless I have to. I chose this seller because of their high rating. When they ship the right item (which apparently most of the time), they're awesome. This rating is about what happens when they ship the WRONG item as they did me. I contacted them on a Weds at 11:00 am EST. Me and the seller are on the same time zone. I was told their customer service department was closed. In the middle of the week. Refund cleared after 3 days. First contact was rude.
