Item falsely advertised/described as having an additional set of replacement heads with it. When I made contact, to explain my item wasn't complete, I'd like my additional set of 4 heads sent to me, they just said 'send it back in the original packaging - it's a misprint.' No apology or options & no attempt to supply what's advertised. Rather disappointed. The item that was supplied to me, was intact, looked good quality & was posted quickly. Just the missing bits. Lack of customer service.
