False advertising, item isn't as described, gloves did not look anything like the photo, quality is absolutely appalling!
Advertised BISOU BEUTY brand in black box cotton gloves which look thick and fitted well on photo. Sent greenish box with paper thin, flimsy, badly sewn gloves, which obviously disposable and won't survive even one wash.Going to bin. No point in returning (you'll pay return charge).Contacted a seller, was offered discount 60p (20%). AVOID, Do not waste your time or money.

Item arrived with a broken zip. Return/refund request opened. Seller was slow to respond. Partial refund + retain item was offered. This was refused as item was unusable without zip. Seller accepted return on last day given by ebay but only provided return address not return label. This was unacceptable item was damaged and postage due was not buyers responsibility. Item was also not waterproof as stated in description. EBay stepped in and provided a full refund
