I had to file a police report to get the refund for the part I never received. Pictures were sent immediately upon receipt of package filled with USPO envelopes. Maybe the US Post Office took the switch? Seller filed a claim with post office. Seller claims I am lying for some ignorant reason. Easy Solution would have been sending the part.

We did truly ship the switch in a box, we sent you photos of how it was shipped and have proof and other documents that package was dispatched from us. Do you really think we would send you paper, this is absurd. How is it possible the shipping label to be removed and placed on an envelope? SINCE WE SHIPPED YOUR ORDER IN A BROWN BOX, for which you already saw the attached photos.

Your model machine is HILTI TE75, not TE76. You can read it on your machine's body it is visible and easy to comprehend. Are you normal? And it is an original handle.
