Happy with purchase. Worked very quickly to alleviate symptoms. Still get some (with very fatty foods which I’m too greedy to avoid) but far, far less. After a couple of weeks, acid reflux has went from daily to very rarely (can’t even remember when last attack was). You just need to work out when is the best time for you to use and how many 1 or 2 (everyone diff) - eg before, during or after meal and how long before etc. you'll get there. Just hoping they help with weight loss quest.
