EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE
Bottom of bedroom window glass and the 'no man's land' between the top box on the Venetian blind and the plastic window frame gets wet with condensation in winter time. Also a top corner of that room on an outside wall gets a bit of mildew. Normal when warm air hits cold surfaces. The dehumidifier albeit small enough to sit on the window ledge pulls a fair bit of water out of the atmosphere even when the central heating is running . Container holds a good amount of water and would auto switch off anyway if you didn't notice when it got full to avoid overflows. I reckon it would be excellent in a wardrobe or cupboard with an outside wall as well. No way of telling how much electric it uses to be honest but I would imagine for the power usage on the label it will be small and well worth ... A nice quiet humidifier, But I thought it was a little expensive for the size though, as I have bought 3 like this before at the same price but much bigger of 700ml... I am using 2 of this 500ml size for a medium room, as I don/t think 1 will not be enough....

Very effective mini dehumidifier at a good price. Gentle noise in operation which is great for those who like ‘soft’ white noise at night.
Just ideal for our camper van in Autumn. Condensation on these colder nights was becoming a real problem - but a combination of through ventilation and the mini dehumidifier has solved that. I recommend this item highly.

This device makes a noise a little louder than that of a fan of an old laptop, but it is quieter than a bathroom extractor fan. You can stand it if there are other background noises or when you know you fall asleep because you are very tired. It's my personal feeling obviously. I'm happy because I turned it on 24 hours ago and the difference in my room is already noticeable. You feel a warmer atmosphere. I think he has caught about 300 ml of water. It is the big model. At the moment I'm happy. I bought it second hand at one third of its original price. Looked at a few cheaper ones first, some of them half the price of this model but I decided to spend a little bit more and purchase this one after reading all the good reviews about it. I have a lot of condensation on my bedroom windows every morning in the colder weather and had to wipe them down each morning, this was causing black spot mould to appear on my walls, So I had to do something about it, This little machine does the job it does collect the moisture, its not very powerful, but ideal for the problem I have couple of nights it collected 250ml about half its capacity.
