The screws, allen key etc. where in a blister pack with each part numbered plus spares and this was physically attached to the box by quality control. Assembly was easy and the chair is well made and very comfortable. It's a sad fact that it's been a long time since I've been this impressed with buying, receiving, assembling and using a product.

It was delivered to a wrong address and because of the size of the box and my disability I had to find two people to collect it and bring it back to the proper address. I didn’t get an email when it was delivered even to the wrong address, please use a different delivery company. The product is
