Customer support for this product was great. They were able to help me through some setup issues. I did suspect that I had a faulty port but this just turned out to be the cable had been slightly pulled out.
Great product overall and far cheaper than the alternatives.
Note: I do get an issue where I have too many USBs plugged in where it will not pick up the last one I have input. This appears to be a limitation of my PC though rather than the device itself.
