Everything was great before purchase and item was as described once received. However once i decided to return item according to sellers return policy i was asked to lie regarding value of item and and after that seller never responded to any messages, despite me writing several messages over a period, including me showing interest in another of sellers items.
I was courteous throughout. Seller let themselves down.

This is untrue. Offer free UPS exp to UK. Buyer return the lens without any reason. The item was perfect. It is OK for return, and I asked buyer with sincere to help for deal with custom import in Italy for return, but he does not want and sent with full value (I paid for import tax 150€ even for return) After my last mail, buyer even does not reply. The “never responded” is fake, untrue. This is UNDERSERVED! I was very SINCERE AND HELPFUL. PLEASE REFER TO OTHER THOUSANDS POSITIVE *****
