  • What goes on behind the main battle scenes to win the war. Like Ecclesiastes 9:14-15 = the poor man who saved the city from invasion & was forgotten.

Actual history of a double agent from Spain, moving to Lisbon, then London during World War II. Created with imagination fictitious agents giving him information from Great Britain which he passed on to Germany. He gleaned information from the Lisbon library, travel guides, & military books. He desperately wanted to do something after experiencing the Spanish civil war in the 1930's. He wanted to be an agent. British office did not accept his offer, so he went to a German office & offered to be an agent for them, knowing he would then act as a double agent. Eventually, Britain offered him a position. Through his imaginary agents & some factual, actual military reports, and some bogus, he ended up helping the Allies D-Day invasion through information which kept some German forces away from Normandy.
