Item destroyed due to improper package, they refused a replacement say No which is bizarre as they have replaced other people s items without issue as seen on there feedback? And now have offered a refund . Strange way to do business . Buyer beware!!

Item was unfortunately badly damaged in transit. Buyer demanded that a replacement be sent immediately outside of eBay returns policy and refused to initiate a return for a full immediate refund, while we take the matter up with the courier.
Sent refund to the buyer immediately anyway. We have subsequently blocked this buyer due to unreasonable demands after politely asking them to initiate a return for a refund. What more can you do ??
