This seller was one of few Ebayers to sell the exact bulb singularly which is all I required. However, the tube that arrived is a 4000K and therefore not suitable for me. After waiting a week for the DHL delivery (probably not the sellers fault) I concluded that it's easier not to send it back and simply buy another elsewhere. Other than this, the seller was all good A+

There was no visible damage to the tubes but 1 of them wouldn't work following it's second switch-on. Contacted the seller who sent a Next-Day replacement - in the knowledge that DPD would not acknowledge a problem as there was no visible damage to the product!! Great tubes, good value for money if bought in 3's. Excellent seller - will use again!!! Spoilt by awful carrier!

Item as described, brand new, securely packed. Very happy I managed to find the correct size and wattage as fluorescent tubes are now a rarity to find although the price is a tad high (but that's due to depleting stocks I think). Quality of light is as expected. Happy customer and can definitely recommend the seller.
