Lovely artisanal product, and the first third-party case for the Palma, so a no-brainer replacement for the horrible beige plastic shell it ships with – and an utterly fantastic seller who somehow maintained patience & good humour in the face of complete Royal Mail dysfunction (when they lost the original and then took another fortnight to deliver the replacement, despite both being sent signed-for). So glad to have this. Very, very warmly recommended.
