This seems to be a very good system. It was easy to set up and has some great features including blocking unwanted and silent calls although unwanted calls are restricted to only a few numbers. The hand set is light and keyboard and screen are easy to read. The answer phone is great as you can easily switch between functions. I have only had this system operating for a few days so time will tell !!

Unfortunately, unlike the ad states, it is NOT Bluetooth compatible. That was the only reason I bought it. I was unable to send it back due to quarantine and was offered a mere $10 in exchange. Definitely not enough to purchase a phone that DOES have Bluetooth compatibility. Also, the base unit is unable to set the time or date. It can only be set through the extension. The may be the result of "refurbishment" and not the model, but I will never know because I won't purchase another one in the future to find out!

The Gigaset is very easy to set up. The sound quality is very clear and the ability to switch to speaker phone is a bonus. The only slight niggle is the lack of ringer tones on the base handset
