Beyond impressed with this seller’s customer service. When the package arrived, it was inside a clear USPS bag that said they were sorry that my package had been damaged during shipping. I hadn’t opened it yet, but it didn’t look like the product was damaged. Just like the padded envelope was missing a large piece. But I messaged the seller right away. Not sure if I should open or wait, in case they wanted reimbursement from USPS. Seller refunded my money, apologized and told me to keep it! Wow
