Listing had omitted to mention that the amplifier was missing its serial number plaque. Vendor responded quickly but was unable to provide the plaque or a record of the serial number. Unable to verify provenance so had to return the item. Vendor accepted the return and issued a refund without delay. An avoidable inconvenience for us both.
