Parcel was small and can easily fit through the letterbox but they decided to leave on the doorstep in full view of all passerbys ......luckily when I arrived home....6 hours after delivery it was still there..... otherwise l would be contacting seller to say I did not receive it. Sparkling clean glass kettle & glassware!
Our water has high levels of lime which ruins electric kettles so we bought a glass one so we could see when it needs cleaning & I also bought a new pack of Citric acid! So - when the scale becomes visible on the side of the glass fill it to just above the limescale line, boil and then add a heaped teaspoon of citric acid for each cup of water, then leave for about 15 minutes - & the scale should be gone! If the kettle hasn't been cleaned for a long time you may need to repeat several times - when clean, rinse the kettle well, fill to your normal level, boil and empty! Citric acid is ideal for putting the sparkle back on all your glass and ceramic - half fill your washing bowl with hand-hot water, add a half cup of citric acid and wash you clean but dull glassware etc, using a clean cloth, ... bought for descaling a glass kettle with loads of limescale on it. Followed instructions and 15 minutes later it's looking like a new one. Much cheaper than branded descaler products and every bit as good. Recommended.

Great for cleaning coffee machines.
Used it to clean our coffee machine which hasn’t had a good clean for quite a while. Fantastic job cleaning the machine and the water dispenser, only had to clean it once which was unexpected because we have such hard water here.
