    Packing ok with reasonable postage costs, although dispatch was a little slow. Not really as described as it wasn't in a working state. Massive banging when pressing the button for tape (maybe a loose chain) and pin wasn't located causing wheel wear. Will need repairs or major service before being able to use it. Communication was fast and refund offered, but spending the time sending it back when busy is a faff. Will hope it can be fixed with a good looking over and service.
