Nothing special, just a "broken" camera bought for parts. But messages sent ("does this bit work?") were answered swiftly, courteously, and completely. A+ for customer service. Price was nominal, about what I'd expect -- I didn't bother haggling over a paltry sum. I wish shipping was cheaper, but that part of the transaction costs what it costs. But wow, when I opened the box, even though it was "broken" and "for parts", it was packed with plenty of padding. Again, A+ job.
