Apologies for the delayed response but have been away dealing with some health issues.
Received the item safely. Well packed and delivered safely. Thank you .
However on inspection of the basin wife noticed a glazing flaw on the surface of the basin by the left hand side tap hole.
Thought it was just a dirt mark but it’s a piece of the glazing is missing or not taken when it was kilned.
Could something be done rectify or exchange it for a replacement or compensate for this defect? Please advise.
