    Great hozelock quality.

    Hozelock quality and built to last. I've had the regular plastic fittings before now. And they are usually very good quality and long lasting. But from my user experience I purchased a metal type spray gun. So after purchasing a new hozelock hose (to replace one which had just started bubbling after owning over 25 years) I wanted a more substantial connection so purchased the whole set of metal connections including this one.

    the jury is out...

    Apart from the body, a piece which is metal the rest really looks to be the usual plastic version, so time will tell whether the metal piece lasts longer and continues to seal correctly.

    Built to last

    At last I've got a hose gun and connector that do not drip water down my arm when in use. I can now turn the tap on before I pull the hose out to where I need it knowing water is not leaking then having to go back to the tap turn it off sort out the leaking connector then back to the tap to turn it back on for it to drip down my arm and thinking this is as good as it gets.
