Received a smashed hat and then thought a wire or something in the material to keep it stiff when popped up but didn’t. Stiff around rim but the top hat part was just floppy material and the band material cut wrong. We fixed the band part but strongly recommend to have the same idea for top part of hat as did in the bottom where it cab collapse to mail
