Item was competitively priced and shipped promptly. Although it was carefully packaged (original packaging within another padded box) it still somehow was damaged in transit.
After reaching out seller promptly offered to return item (although ad stated returns not accepted). The damage did not impede my particular use of the item so in lieu of returning the seller issued a generous partial refund.
