Was described as new whch normally means packaged and sealed but the inside packaging was ripped wide open and the slippers smelled of cheap fabric softener which i hate. Thought it would come out in the wash but it didnt and too late to send back now.

Activewear Clothing are an awful company to deal with. The lead times are only there for show, they have never delivered anything on time on the multiple occasions I have purchased from them. Their contact number is fake and they ignore emails. I was lucky to even receive this item (albeit very late)
