After contacting USPS it turns out it was shipped ground from NY to Hawaii. So it actually ended up on a boat that took so long. I wouldn’t mind except I had contractors ready to use them but they were floating on the ocean then. I’m going to assume the seller didn’t realize this but it’s something to pay attention to. When I contacted the seller for an explanation, they responded with: "Where is the item listed as new?"This is outrageous, especially since they deleted the original listing from the transaction history to cover it up.Do not trust this seller. They are dishonest and try to gaslight customers when confronted. Make sure to take screenshots of listings before purchasing. Be awarded!!!

Because I was purchasing multiple items and it was a legacy door handle, the seller confirmed it would fit before shipping (since they have a no return policy). The seller also physically identified and provided 4 sets of identical keys from their inventory when Pella wasn't willing or able to do so. These lock sets can't be rekeyed to match.
