I purchased this oyster trinket box last month. When it arrived, the inside of the lid had names scratched into it, the underside also had scratches. It was also *very* dirty - suggesting that the photo is actually of another piece. I have written to the Seller twice. I am not interested in sending it back - I already paid a small fortune for the shipping and Canadian Customs fees ($53) but would like to alert other sellers to this seller and his sloppy practices.

Be aware of this buyer because this buyer is not doing good business practices. When I received an offer for my item, they used a USA address but as soon as I accepted the offer they changed the shipping address to an international shipping address without communicating with me. I sold them an antique item in good condition but it seems like they were looking for an item w/excellent condition & I guess they failed to read the description. Make sure I get my item the way it was shipped to “Canada
