    Really great and fresh fragrance

    Excellent - have used many times over many years before and it's still one of the best and freshest fragrances. No cloying woody or tobacco smells , no musk etc, , just a very fresh and long lasting fragrance.

    Disappointed

    I am not one for writing reviews, however I was so disappointed especially since it had so many glowing reviews, I have bought and worn the original Cerritu Image for many years and always loved it, but since it is very hard to find these days I decided to buy the 1881 version, the scent is very subtle to say the least, and after only half an hour it is gone, I should have returned it but of course I threw away the packaging, although it is not very expensive, alas you get what you pay for.

    Good daily aftershave

    Cerruti 1881 is very good value for the money.. I initially bought it by accident as a cheap work aftershave and thought it smelled harsh but I started to get loads of compliments about it and it also lasts longer than some more expensive brands .. a bit harsh at first but when it wears down it's a nice lingering background fragrance . Would Recommend

    I first smelt it on a work colleague and fell in love with him....! Well no, but had he been female l might have! Modestly priced, 1881 is a decent daily pong but it doesn't hang around for long - usually gone by lunch time.
