The bed is perfect, just what we needed for our older boy, who is having occasional accidents. It’s such a nice bed, that our other dog is now sharing it, so we may need another! We had a hiccup with the delivery, which was absolutely not the fault of the seller. Through good communication we were able to work out what happened and sort it out.
