Wrong collar arrived, that didnt work out of the box. Seller advised that they would send email with return postage ticket and send the right product when they get notified from Auspost. Took 6 days to get that email, they then took another 4 days to send the right collar from when I sent the other off. Got the right collar and its a gimic, doesn't work and is garbage. Wouldn't zap a mouse. Will not buy from this seller again.
