Fantastic customer experience. Item arrived well packaged but the courier (EvRi - formerly Hermes) did their utmost to break it. I took photos of the parcel before opening and after liaising I opened it. The company were open to replacing or covering the cost of the repair. All in all an excellent company to deal with I would be more than happy to place an order from here again. A++
