The headboard is beautifully made at an incredibly good price. Initially I struggled to locate the bolt holes on the back of the headboard through the black fabric to secure the struts, so I contacted the seller. Their response was amazing, providing a link to a really helpful YouTube video and offering to arrange a video chat if I still had problems. They assured me that the position of the holes would be marked clearer in future. This high level of service is refreshing. Bravo, masbedsltd!
