On delivery I was a little dismayed to discover a small hairline crack/chip in top of teapot near the lid that wasn't stated or shown in the listing. However, it doesn't cause a leak, and cannot be sure if this happened in transit, though the teapot was wrapped really well. I'm happy to keep it as does not affect it's use. Delivered on time. Thanks
