Il Cliente non soddisfatto può esercitare il diritto di recesso (D.Lgs 22/05/99 n. 185 - tutela dei consumatori nei contratti conclusi a distanza) entro il termine di 30 (dieci) giorni lavorativi decorrenti dal ricevimento del bene, trasmettendoci al seguente indirizzo "Racing One, via P. Castaldi e L. Sequino n. 5, 80126 Napoli" una comunicazione mediante lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento. Per ottenere il rimborso del corrispettivo il Cliente dovrà inoltre rispedire alla sede del Fornitore gli articoli acquistati entro 10 (dieci) giorni. Il Cliente ha diritto di recesso senza alcuna penalità e le uniche spese a carico del Cliente sono quelle relative alla restituzione del prodotto e non già quelle di prima spedizione sostenute dal Fornitore.
