Purchased a door lock advertised as "electric child lock" - Item that came did not have electric child lock(or even a manual lock) and was not as advertised. The seller was extremely rude and unhelpful and just left one word messages in capital letters.
Ebay have been asked to help and the seller has 5 days to refund in full with full postage paid if required.
Would not recommend this seller, dishonest and rude and they are still advertising the item even when they know it's not as described.
