A No No! The seller needs to abide by UK Consumer laws. Especially regarding returns. The blanket was received in a state of all I can describe as 'used' and repacked. The seller blames the Royal Mail and I suspect that they made a claim, but the condition of my purchase was clearly the fault of the seller. Happily to accept the return of a DEFECTIVE item as long as I paid the postage. Thank goodness eBay stepped in and I was sent a return label and received a full refund. Steer Clear!
