On August 10 I bought 5 figures for 150 pounds + 75 shipping.The announcement says that they do not ship until the end of September due to the production of figures. On Thursday October 5, I claimed figures not received. Seller indicates that they left the warehouse. On October 11 I claim. The seller sends figures that same 11th. On the 12th, Royal Mail tells me which seller delivered the package the day before. On October 19 it arrives and on 23 I pick it up at Customs after paying another 105€

We explained in detail as to why the figures where delayed to begin with. Hardly fair that you leave negative feedback because of a delay and because you received customs charges which when importing into the EU from the UK IS THE LAW. I'd also like to point out that through out our correspondence you stated you would be leaving the country for a month on Saturday 21st October and would have to reject the delivery, strange how you are able to collect it 2 days later while in another country???
