Cable Matters USB 3.1 Gigabit-Ethernet Adapter arrived very prompt, securely packaged. However it wasn't improving the speeds on a 2.0 Cable Matters Ethernet Adapter purchased only a few weeks before from another eBay seller. Also the secure tab at the top of the box had been replaced as had the plastic bag holding the cable. (The 2.0 cable had cable matters branding on both) However when these matter were raised 890Craig responded very quickly and refunded my outlay. Cant say fairer than that!
