    The items took longer than expected to be dispatched, and one model was lost in delivery. When the other model arrived, it had lost definition in the printing but the seller was quick to respond to messages and I really appreciated their offer to replace the vampire from a selection they suggested (the replacement was great!) and send another skull to replace the one that hadn’t arrived. The skull is a lovely print, great definition and scale. Would buy from the seller again.
