You contacted us the day after purchase to see if we had dispatched, and we did that day. We told you that the date eBay provides is only an estimate; eBay does not guarantee that the order will be delivered by then and does not consider any issues with the delivery network once it is dispatched. Special delivery is advised if you want to receive an item by a guaranteed date. Also, Royal Mail may have tried to deliver the item but it was too big, so were unable to and had to reschedule.
